Whistleblower system

Dear Sir or Madam,

Koelnmesse has had a whistleblower system for years. It not only serves to combat corruption, but also pursues all violations of German or European law.

If you notice violations of the law at Koelnmesse GmbH or companies of the Koelnmesse Group, you may report them either via an internal or an external reporting channel, whereby we assure you that your identity will remain confidential.

However, you also have the option of contacting our external ombudsman, the lawyer Dr Dirk Seiler, tel. +49 69/222-2825 35, E-Mail .

All reports of violations are documented so that the necessary measures that are subsequently initiated are transparent. You can submit your report verbally or in writing, specifying whether you wish to remain anonymous. We will acknowledge receipt of the report within seven days and report back within three months as to what actions have been taken. If you notice violations of the law, your information will help us to avert serious disadvantages for our company, our employees, our business partners and the general public.
